With more than 30 years experience of church leadership, Brian and Anne Hewitt are well qualified to lead the team that oversees the many ministries within the Foundry Village. Since 1996, they have provided radical, visionary leadership, and are committed to excellence throughout the Foundry Village. They have 5 children and 6 grandchildren. Brian's passion is fishing. Anne's passion is Brian going fishing.

Dave Akerman

Associate Leader

Following his Bible College training, David joined the leadership team at The Foundry 4 years ago. He is primarily responsible for directing the LIFEgroup and various other pastoral structures within the Foundry family, and also for overseeing and directing theGathering UK, which is an emerging ministry to those in their 20s and 30s; he is also a trained Psychotherapist. David is 31, loves fat theology books, long words and motor cars.

Adam Hewitt

Associate Leader

As well as being part of the leadership team, Adam is the Youth Pastor at The Foundry, and provides visionary leader ship to the various Youth departments that he oversees. As an avid Tottenham Hotspur fan, Adam is a football optimist announcing at the start of each football season, “This will be Tottenham’s year!” Adam is 30 and is married to Kate. They have a young daughter called Tiffany.

Lukas Dewhirst

Associate Leader

Lukas is 38 and has been a leader at the Foundry for 11 years. He is married to Sarah and has four daughters, which gives him time to think while he is waiting to go in the bathroom. As a London boy, Chelsea is his team, so if he had a day off his top trip would be to Stamford Bridge or perhaps the British Museum. Lukas has pioneered various ministries during his leadership at the Foundry. He loves people, preaching and gets his biggest kick when 'teams work'.
