You'll spend 3 weeks of the third term of XL working alongside churches in Spain.
The XL team will take part in reaching local Spanish people in the town squares during lovely warm summer evenings.
Church @ The Foundry are working in partnership with Frank & Carol Ford who are the leaders of the Assemblies of God church in Castellon, Spain.
You will understand first hand the cultural challenges of evangelizing a foreign country and return home with a life long burden for missions.

The Jerusalem Experience
As part of your XL team experience you have the option to travel to the Holy Land Israel on a one-week educational tour.
The team will in term 2 spend 6/7 days in Jerusalem and experience first hand this ancient biblical city. There will also be opportunity to float in the Dead Sea as well as explore archaeological sites local to Jerusalem.
The team will fly from Manchester into Tel Aviv airport and will stay inside the old city walls of Jerusalem in quality accommodation.
Every young adult should experience the rich and diverse culture of the ancient city of Jerusalem. It is an experience which stays with you a lifetime and helps to contextualize the scriptures as we read them today.
There would be an additional cost if you chose to take this option up.
