The Unbelievable Love of God

Romans 5:8

God IS love (1 John 4:16)

He loves us when we’re good, He loves us when we’re bad, He loves us all the time!

Too often we think that God loves us when we do the right thing, or live the right way. He does love that – but it doesn’t make Him love us any more than He already does. God demonstrated that love by sending His best, Jesus, to die for the sins of the world. All we have to do is believe (John 3:16).

May God help us grow our belief this week. Life throws things at us, our faith takes a beating; but its possible, that with Gods help we can GROW our belief. Take it to Him, admit that you need help believing, and God the Holy Spirit will come along-side you.

Another way to grow our belief is to speak out the promises of the Bible over our lives, especially the parts that remind us of who we are IN Christ. Below are 14 verses to read this week, one for each morning, and one for each evening.

My prayer for you as you read it is that you will know this unbelievable love of God, your belief will grow, and you will step into all that God has for you.

Why not take 5 minutes each morning and evening, grab a brew, get a quiet space and try speaking these verses over your life this week. Expect God to speak, listen and write down anything you feel God might be saying.
