Turn Your Anger Into Action

Ephesians 4:26-27

Fuming, seething, livid. However we choose to express it, we all experience anger a lot more frequently than we’d like to admit. There are trivial things that get our goat and really make us want to blow a gasket.

Also, there are not so trivial things like racism, sexism and bullying that have steam coming out of our ears to. You see, anger fueled by compassion is from the very heart of God. And if we learn to channel it and make it work for us, we can turn our anger into action.

“Go ahead and be angry. You do well to be angry—but don’t use your anger as fuel for revenge. And don’t stay angry. Don’t go to bed angry. Don’t give the Devil that kind of foothold in your life.” – Ephesians 4:26-27 MSG
