We Can Know God’s Peace Through Every Emotion

Philippians 4:7

Our minds and our hearts are complex. They are full of emotions and feelings. πŸ€―  πŸ’“

And when they feel like they are taking over it can be hard to feel Gods peace. πŸ€¨β˜ΉοΈ

For many of us, we may be feeling like lots of things have broken down around us and we find it difficult to see when things will get better. πŸ’” πŸŒ πŸ₯Ί

Maybe you’ve desperate to get back on the football field, or hug your Grandparents or just meet up with some friends. βš½οΈπŸ‘¨πŸ½β€πŸ¦³πŸ‘΅πŸΎπŸ‘₯

The Good News is that Jesus can put back together anything that is broken. I like to think of Jesus as the great fixer upper! πŸ”©πŸ”¨

The Bible says that when we are going through a bad time, don’t worry, pray and talk to God. πŸ™πŸ½πŸ—£

We don’t always want to do this do we?! πŸ™„

But the Bible says, when we talk to God…

The peace of God, which goes beyond our understanding, will guard our hearts and minds in Jesus. Philippians 4:7

In other words, Gods peace won’t make sense. It is something bigger and better then we know on Earth. πŸ€―πŸ˜²πŸ˜‡

God’s peace is like a security guard to our hearts and minds. It is protecting how we feel so that we can know Gods peace in every emotion. πŸ˜‘πŸ˜’πŸ˜¬πŸ˜žβž‘οΈβœοΈβž‘οΈπŸ˜Œβ˜ΊοΈπŸ™‚

And to know Gods peace, we can talk to Him and ask God for His help.

You might want to draw or write, or talk to God with a grown up. πŸ“πŸ–πŸ“–

However you choose to do it, remember that God cares about you, He cares about how you are feeling today and He wants to give you peace no matter how you feel. βœοΈ β€οΈ

It might not make sense, but it promises to protect you and guard you, whatever your emotion. πŸ™…β€β™€οΈπŸ™…
